I think you mean the thinset. I guess if you cleaned it up good, you could put floor leveler over it and then re-tile. If it were me, I would probably just use a demo hammer drill and take it all up and start over.

Don't do it. I have 10 stiches in my hand after messing around with a torsion spring. We had a garage door company replace them both within the past couple years for cheap. If one breaks, you should change them both.

Removed the clutch from my '69 GTO. I've never done anything with a clutch before. And then removed the flywheel to have it resurfaced and saw many cracks. I placed an order with Summit Racing for a new clutch kit and flywheel.

I have since added a Mr. Heater natural gas furnace and a few more signs, like I really needed more. I'm thinking about a floor now. I put the siding over the drywall a few months ago and it's insulated real well.
