What about a 36K minisplit? You’ll get heat, air conditioning and dehumidifying all in one unit.

I had my 4 post lift on top of a plastic tile floor. Not sure if it was Swisstrax or not. I never had a problem and no damage or buckling. I did not have anything very heavy on the lift though, just normal sedans.

I park my dually Duramax truck in the garage. When I get parked and stopped, I turn the front wheels all the way to the left so I don’t hit the garage when pulling out. The floor coating doesn’t even get scuffed.

UPDATE- I’ve been running the AC for the past several weeks because it’s close to 100* here and the new filters are still intact. It must have been the paint fumes that melted the holes in the filters.

I paid $5 a sq. ft. for the polyurea on my 1500ish sq ft. garage.

I just had the second half of my garage done. The first half was done last year. Let it dry longer. After 5-7 days you won’t be able to push your fingernail into it.

The guy that just polyurea coated my 960 sq ft garage floor used one of those floor cleaners with carbide sanding bits in it before he painted. He was done smoothing the floor in an hour. The floor cleaner looked like what they use in the supermarket late at night to polish the linoleum floors.

We’ve done it on the windows of 3 of our cars. Stop by your local tinting place for a demo. It’s crazy the heat it stops.

It’s smooth glass so the new ceramic clear tint may work. Ive also contacted one of the electric roll down screen company’s. That’s $3500 with a DIY install and pulling my own power to the motor.

Another vote for high pressurizing the system to check for leaks. We just pulled a vacuum and watched it for an hour and called it good. Apparently there was a bad flare on the 5/8” line that didn’t show up for 3 weeks. All the refrigerant leaked out over that time. We had to redo both flares...

Maybe the fumes from polyurea floor epoxy? We just had the garage floor done.
