The swivel is a real game changer. No more twisting the gun over and over to undo the twists. Just hold the gun and walk away from the machine. Its also less fatiguing while cleaning since the gun will freely swivel while using instead of having a rigid hose-to-gun connection.
I did a better job 20 years ago when I DIY'd my 2 car garage. Can't imagine paying a 'professional' only to end up with those results. Really hope they make it right, but I doubt it.
