My very first post here but I have lived my entire life in block houses. Tapcons are great but for 90% of lightweight hanging they are serious overkill. I just buy plastic anchors, tap them in a hole and zip in a screw. Tapcons for televisions. Plastic anchors for a 3 pound neon light...
