    Does your regulator look like this? There is a T that you turn to adjust the flow out of the regulator. Also, did you swap your wire or are you using gas on the flux core wire?

    So what happens if the water gets high enough to reach the bottom of the door, or a few inches further and you need to open the garage door? If you put a threshold there to seal the water out, its going to pour over it once you open the door. I have the same issue, but my home is not a new...
