Yes footing is an issue. Might go stick built, I think Coconino county requires 34-36" depth

Hello New to the garage journal Wanting to put up a 28x32 pole barn in northern AZ very rocky, can only get down to about 3 feet with auger. Also must have 24" snow load min.
