39, divorced and single( happily). Dad of 2 Boy 11, girl 9. Started building my new shop and am pumped up on finishing it up soon. Built my house I live in from the ground up solo with some help from family. I grew up building with my dad from young age. He has extensive commercial construction background and we use to have/run a small contracting company years ago that built custom homes. We bailed in 2008 when the market crashed and I went into the oilfield and been here since.
