Cheers, Yes there is sub soil drainage and Im going to put a retaining wall with more drainage. The water run off in that area is minimal anyway.

Cheers, Yeh a bit of a wall, and planted out. That is rock hard clay there so it wont be going anywhere soon. We have just had massive rain over the last 2 months, no movement what so ever.
