One of the first things is, the oil inside the shop is already 60 degrees, I guess the issue is do you want the oil in the shop, seems like it might solve some problems

Though I would use a 55 gal drum and a drum wrap heater using the pump to pull the oil from it to the siphon nozzle from there back to the 55 gal drum

Did you do anything to the fuel oil pump, don,t they have a screen in them

Would like to know what size line your using for your feed to nozzle looks like 3/8, an looks like 1/2 to the pump from your siphon tank. got me thinking about putting a tank in the shop by the furnance an using it for the siphon tank an taking the line from the tee back to it then you could...
