Looking on ebay, I came across this small vise. It's not mine, but is similar to an Athol I have. Any idea what kind this one is? It only says 02 Made in USA...

I was planning on keeping this Panavise and cleaning it up to use, but I see the metal that clamps the spindle for the vise is cracked. I would guess this is pot metal or something equally cheap. I could not see where to get just this part online. Does anyone have any ideas? Or is anyone looking...

The wife picked this little guy up for me at an estate sale. Not a baby bullet, but at least she was thinking of me. I'll let the next owner worry about what jaws they want on it.

Very nice. I have one of those myself. It doesn't get used for anything other than eye candy. I think it's a very solid little vise.

Those are some nice lines on that big sucker. I find the simple mechanism for moving the stand pretty neat too.

Re: two more stands To get back on that subject: I see where you're going with Sharon Stone (a dirty vise stand?), but I'm one for the classics. The Maureen O'Hara of vise stands, if you will. Or the ones that get better with age, like Diane Lane. So, a small vise stand would be a Sally...

Does it sound bad to call a vise "pretty"? Must be the change in metal that does it for me.
