Just installed and commissioned an Navien nhb80h in my shop. Single zone with six loops and just under 1800’ of 1/2” per. The nice thing about the Navien is you can run up to three zones and circulators with out needing a separate controller.

Finished the install and commissioning of my 36x48 shop with single zone, six loops. Has worked flawlessly since starting on 09/14/25. I used a Navien nhb80 Boiler with natural gas.

I used rebar in my pole building. I placed it on 2'x2' centers using the "Hercules" chairs. I have "Foamular 250 insulation under it with 1/2" Pex on 12" centers.
