@mrtools: I bought off 楽天・Rakuten: New World Net -MasterPiece Club-. Sorry for crappy translation.
They do sell/ship outside Japane.
The price was about $100 plus shipping fee.
Yes they do have kitchen knife series.
Like this sashimi knife.
Or like this chefs knife.
And more... Sorry all in...
@Monte: The description say "outdoor knife..." but i may use it as letter opener.:wtf:
This is my current letter opener... Kershaw KAI 2420
Yeah maybe in couple month(or more) i'll send it. i may get few freebies.
But i got extra KTC MS2-13 combination wrench.
Im kinda OCD-ish about set...
Just arrived this morning. Tool from Japan... Well... its a hand crafted knife...
Package violated by Canada Border Service Agency...
Knife with free maintainance kit.
@mrtools: Thanks. You have quite a nice collection of Japanese tools.
@Monte: Thanks. You have low(13)teen wrench fetish...
Here are pictures of Asahi Light Tool Double boxend wrenches 10mm to 19mm...
I stopped using these ones after LOF1417 flexed on 14mm bolt...
They are my hobby tools so its ok...
and instant coffee from Thailand.
@AutomatiquE: KTC AVSA-064 is made in Japan but OTC 09228-06500-02 is made in...
i don't have the triangle tool but first took a glance at a picture, first thing i thought was "hey it looks like TONE's stainless steel SRH41 1/2 ratchet."
I don't have TONE's ratchet either so i can't say much other than info off the net.
So... hight teeth count... maybe it comes in handy in...
ohkay...
little drunk rightnow...
>SuperAutobacs:
Sorry i just answered/replied one of question.
At that time i cheaped out and bought the cheapest set of TOUGH wrenchs.
Mine are dull non polished chrome, Yes chrome is chipping/peeling... it's bit noticable with third picture.
I didn't know...
ok ****!!!
clicked the wrong button...
i included classic ***** "KINKI" screw driver... just can't beat that name...
I think they are out of business... haven't seen their products in eons...
>SuperAutobacs:
Since you're planning to go Japan so... I don't know if you want to check this site out: EHIME MACHINE They mostly handle KTC and limit selection of other Japanese tools... They offer best price within Japan.
If you go to DIY・HC stores, might disappoint or fascinate you...
I mostly use 45°x6° degree long offset double box end wrenches...
I kinda find straight and 15° degree combination wrench harder/awkward to use compared to offset wrench... maybe i'm not turning wrenches enough...
Mostly use open ends only on lines and links... other than that no much use for...
Maybe old new about a week old...
The Japanese tool manufcture AIGO・相伍工業 went backrupt...
Sorry... i couldn't find any English page... quite a bad translation done by google..
