Wouldn't concrete have problems sticking and also just break up under load from casters?

I have a large workshop garage on the back of my property. The slab for the garage is level (or something like that) and the driveway tapers downhill slightly from it. The problem was when they poured the driveway they made it start lower than the slab by up to 1". I do a lot of work back...
