I used metal in my shop and installed the ceiling first.

Spent the morning in it with my son working on his TRX70. Then cleaned up some and mowed the yard.

I had a couple of wet spots that I dried with my Stihl leaf blower, but it was dry everywhere else with just a couple of fans on it overnight. I have since moved all of my equipment/tools in there and its holding up great. EVERYONE that sees the shop comments on the floor.

The bottom 3 foot is 24 gauge stainless steel. I wanted to use aluminum diamond plate but ran across this for a deal. It's defiantly different and I love the look.

The weather was not as cooperative as I had hoped, but I was still able to make some progress and move in. Trying to move stuff in and organize as I go, so a few more loads will be needed. A pic so far of the progress:

Not drawn to scale, but here is an overview of how the shop sits in the back yard. The house has a concrete drive all the way around to the backyard. The shop opens towards the back patio (which is connected to the concrete drive).

I think just getting moved in and settled will be the first 'project'. It seems that I have so many ideas that I want to do, so it may take some time. After that, I will use it for metal fab projects and to tinker on my '77 F100:
