Modifications to the HF 4 and 5 drawer service carts - what changes have you made?

Finished my bracket today. I did not want to modify a brand new box and wound up not having to drill or cut anything on either box to get this put together. The top bracket uses the side holes and the bottom bracket is actually just a spacer to match the gap at the top. The bottom bracket is the...

Modifications to the HF 4 and 5 drawer service carts - what changes have you made?

Snagged this set this weekend while the 5 drawer was on sale. After reading this whole thread I have lots of ideas to implement. I have a bracket in mind that will attach the 2 without cutting or notching. I’ll post pics when I do.

    My Dad's new 80x60

Finally getting a chance to upload some more pics. We were in the middle of a drought for a while and just when he gets ready to start construction, the rain set in and delayed progress. They finally had a chance to start skinning the walls: When I built my shop, the LED fixtures were still...

    My Dad's new 80x60

This is a shop that my dad has been planning on building on his new place. The place is 4 acres that he is building not only his shop, but also a new house and a small 'farm' for his grandkids. So far he has fenced most of the place and bought some miniature horses and fainting goats. As soon as...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Spent the morning in it with my son working on his TRX70. Then cleaned up some and mowed the yard.

    My Legacy Industrial HD6525-MMA Install

I had a couple of wet spots that I dried with my Stihl leaf blower, but it was dry everywhere else with just a couple of fans on it overnight. I have since moved all of my equipment/tools in there and its holding up great. EVERYONE that sees the shop comments on the floor.

    My Legacy Industrial HD6525-MMA Install

The bottom 3 foot is 24 gauge stainless steel. I wanted to use aluminum diamond plate but ran across this for a deal. It's defiantly different and I love the look.

    My New Garage 24x30 (finally)

The weather was not as cooperative as I had hoped, but I was still able to make some progress and move in. Trying to move stuff in and organize as I go, so a few more loads will be needed. A pic so far of the progress:

    My Legacy Industrial HD6525-MMA Install

I did go with the gloss. Having been in the military and having worked in huge hangars, I like the shine. The acid etch was to give the sealer something to bite into. My floor was extremely smooth having been power troweled when poured. I just wanted to make sure it bonded well. I chose the...

    My New Garage 24x30 (finally)

Here is an update on my shop. Did the floor this weekend. Here is a link to the post in the Flooring section: My Legacy Industrial HD6525-MMA Install I am really getting excited about being able to make some more progress. I still have a few things to add before I can begin moving in. This...

    My Legacy Industrial HD6525-MMA Install

I have been working on a 24x30 shop for the last few months and debating on what kind of floor I wanted in there. After talking with Scotty at Legacy for a while on the phone-and looking at the budget and time frame I had to install, I decided on the HD6525-MMA sealer. My dad and I prepped it...

    My New Garage 24x30 (finally)

Long time since the last update, so I'm glad to be able to post this. I have finally had a chance to make more progress. I have installed the tin on three walls and also ran across a deal on some 24 gauge stainless sheets for the lower walls. The fourth wall is still needing to be done, but will...

    My New Garage 24x30 (finally)

Not drawn to scale, but here is an overview of how the shop sits in the back yard. The house has a concrete drive all the way around to the backyard. The shop opens towards the back patio (which is connected to the concrete drive).

    My New Garage 24x30 (finally)

I think just getting moved in and settled will be the first 'project'. It seems that I have so many ideas that I want to do, so it may take some time. After that, I will use it for metal fab projects and to tinker on my '77 F100:
