I think both carts are quite similar. There a slight differences in dimensions, for example the Garant cart is 2 cm higher (bigger wheels), Hazet has a larger top tray. The metal feels similar sturdy. The trays wobble on both carts. I would buy both :p you´re welcome Ruko...
