Okay so the builders sent in the trades who I believe used a quickset mix to try and raise the part where the water was puddling. So we let it dry for three days and tested it with water. Guess what!! The puddle is bigger. 😡 Not sure what else they can do now but to break and re-pour??

This is the second pour. Will post more pictures from the outside. There door seal is twisted at the edges.

Thanks for the detailed response. I will take it up with the builder. Will see what they propose and revert on this forum. I'll also try to post clearer pictures and use a longer leveller to see how it slopes. Thanks again.
