    Ratcheting wrench recommendations?

Why? I have a set of Gearwrench and they're really good.

    E torx spanners

I've never come across an E16 torx bolt. I think it's a made up size to fill out sets and make them look better. Like E22, which i've also never seen. It's why most sets skip it.

A friend asked for a stubby screwdriver with a big flat blade in it. Found aspare handle and blade, made this for him: Liked it so made myself one too. The blade is from an SDD8, cut down then two weld beads put on it, ground into tangs then pressed into the drilled-out handle.

    1/2 in 3/8 ratchet

Hazet make a compact ½" ratchet. I have two of the old Snap-on compact ones.

    Tools from the old world

My full set of Bahco (made by Irazola) Spanish stubbies. I really like these handles and it's nice to have PH1/PZ1 in stubby too. Such a shame that Snap-on Europe seem to have killed off Irazola as its own brand. They make/made excellent screwdrivers.

    Tools from the old world

I have a Hazet/VW pair like that, so useful. They make removing door cards so easy.

Looking for a nice set of pliers for rubber hangers.

Lisle, don't bother with anything else.

Checking historical data on used vehicle via scan tool ?

The few i've used haven't. Once the codes are cleared (and fault doesn't return) they're gone forever. May be different on other/newer systems.

Torx Screwdrivers - PB Swiss or Snap On

PB Swiss or Wera, i have both. PB is definitely the best i've used, unbeatable. I had a Snap-on set and sold them, wasn't at all impressed with them. The fit and strength of the tips was nowhere as good as Wera, let alone PB Swiss.

    Deep e-torx socket set recommendations

My ⅜" deep Torx are Hazet. Shouldn't be too hard to get if they're in budget.

    Yes, they're squishy rubber.

    Snap On Slide Hammer

I have two of those, not Blue Point branded but identical generic ones. (I think they're branded Franklin.) They'll work just fine. I've beat on mine pulling seized hubs and pinion drive flanges and they take it.
