Cornwell Custom Series Lockers and Hutch

I have a 67” Cornwell Custom Series box and it’s pretty much completely full. Wanting to take a shot in the dark and see if anyone has a locker or two and a hutch. The new platinum series is different in how it mounts and the custom series is discontinued. I’d prefer blue but if I can find it...

If you end up not liking the KTM one, Snap On makes a really good one in a couple of sizes.

Do you have a part number? I have mountain in 8-19 than the Cornwell ones in big sizes. A second set of 8-19 wouldn’t be terrible. Had to use 2 16’s yesterday.

I guess I didn’t word that well. I really like the spline drive. If the snap on ones were spline drive id get a set.

The offset part and a flex head is a saving grace. The mountain ones are the only wrenches that are in my roll cart. Well, the 24mm one I use for some alignments is Cornwell, but same thing basically.

Damn. I like the reverse lever way better than the mountain/k tool/other ones but not spline is a deal breaker for me on this style of wrench.

Aren’t these kind of spline drive? I glanced at them briefly on the truck. They don’t make the extended sizes yet so I wasn’t strongly considering them. I also need these to work on external Torx. If you can try them on a E-Torx fastener and let me know how they do I’d appreciate it.

Snap On man didn’t have my wireless pressure test kit today but I did somehow work out a deal on a used 25-250ft/lb 1/2” digital angle torque wrench. I’ve had the Matco digital 1/2” one for awhile, and I kinda hate it. It’s definitely not as good as the Snap On ones for angle. It will turn a...

I don’t have it yet, but on Tuesday I should have the Snap On wireless pressure tester kit show up. No more taping gauges to windshields to monitor vacuum or fuel pressure on test drives.

I haven’t had them strip one yet, but the tip of these ball Torx bits will snap pretty easy. My coworkers that have these have all broken them.

Most recent example was a RS5 water pump. Manual wants you to pull the front end, Intercooler, radiator and a bunch of other ****. There’s a couple T30s holding air intake pipes on that are in a ****** location. Couldn’t get on it good enough to bite with a half cut Torx and a wobble. Get the...

Amazon dropped off some VIM goodies today. Got the BTXL400 ball Torx set. T10 - T40 ball Torx. These things are a life saver. I’ve borrowed a coworkers a few times and finally got myself a set. Well worth the $40.

Today had one Amazon purchase from CTA. The 1/4” stubby triple squares that also act as a pass through when you put a wrench on them. Matco and Cornwell haven’t had these in a long time and can’t get them apparently right now so Amazon and CTA it is. Mayhew is the original manufacturer I...

For me wera just looks super uncomfortable and not ergonomic. Never tried their products but they don’t look appealing.
