Thanks, I just won $5!
The algorithms must reward you if you take a few days off. I hadn't done any of the sweeps for about 5 days because I was only getting maybe 300 points total from all them. So far today I've won 300 points on my first 3 sweeps in addition to the 5,000 I just won
The flex heads are great when you need to get at something at a weird angle. I have Gearwrench and they have worked well and are easy to warranty if needed. My local Napa actually sells them along side their Carlyle stuff and will warranty them.
Gearwrench is great stuff for the price and you are able to warranty it pretty easy if needed. My local Napa will warranty it and sells it along side their Carlyle stuff. Watch the Hot Deals section of GJ and Ebay and Amazon for good deals.
Looks like there are a few left in my area. I'll have to go pick one up, I hate to pass up a good deal.
It seems like Menards is always having their 11% rebate now. I don't mind but I think my wallet does
I have the larger HF kit with both the left and right hand spindles and it has worked great. I think I only paid about $35 for mine. I see on HF's website they don't list the larger kit anymore, did they get rid of that one?
I picked up this Proto box at a local online auction for $10. I couldn't believe no one else was bidding on it.

Same thing I saw when my local Sears closed. Definitely not worth road tripping for. I had gotten better deals on Black Friday sales then their liquidation sale
This article says that Stanley intents to build a $35 million plant to move more manufacturing back to the US. That could be interesting to see what comes of that, or it could be a bunch of hot air...
Great thread! I'd say always use ear pro when dealing with loud things. I've got horrible hearing now from too many loud concerts, shooting guns and using loud tools with no ear protection (all my own fault). Now that's the first thing I grab if I'm going to be working with loud things, even if...
I like that the Lisle set is still made in the USA but I swear they are made out of butter. I've stripped, twisted and broken so many of them, definitely learned that torx bits are one thing you can't go cheap on
My local sears closed a couple years ago around Christmas time. I kept going back to see what kind of deals there would be. Like others have said they start everything at regular price and mark it 10 to 20% off, which isn't much of a sale. All of the decent hand tools and power tools were...
Was checking sears.com and noticed that they are having a sale on C3 batteries. Some are marked down quite a bit. The 2 pack compact lithium ion is marked down to 49.49
