While I am certain that Frank has supply issues with Koken USA, he clearly has issues with communication. I placed an order from him several weeks ago and it was delayed. I sent him 3 emails before he responded. The delays plus his lack of communication = no more orders from me.

I don't see much difference between the two. I would probably get the Troy-bilt to have local support if you need to return it.

At one point, I thought I had to have the finest-tooth ratchets available. I tried several: Armstrong, Gearwrench, Snapon, etc. After using all of them, I found that I missed the low backdrag and smoothness of my Cornwell and Proto ratchets. I sold all of the fine tooth ratchets except for...

I have the 5450 and Cornwell and find myself reaching for the Cornwell every time. After a little SuperLube, the Cornwell is so smooth and very little backdrag.

I have. The things that I have purchased have either been drop ship from the manufacturer or from a 3rd party seller. I didn't get 2-day shipping, like with Amazon Prime, but I got some good deals with 15% off coupons.
