Both mesquite and readhead's recommendations are very good. NEVER use brake cleaner on anything you plan to weld. I'd stay away from solvents altogether.

Great work and that is an amazing location. I know some of the folks who ran and worked at the Lemp Caverns. The cave array under that part of town is unbelievable.

Lovely property and very nice toys there! I was in Sweden a few years back and was surprised by the interest in classic American cars there. Also helped that I just happened to be in Stockholm when there was a big car show going on. Lots of people cruising.

What you need is a potato cannon. Your average 3000 grain potato is gonna pack some serious stopping power. 9mm is a good alternative till you build a good spud gun.
