    consider using the Zeon hex screw extractors, they have worked for me in this kind of situation. Bonus points if you combined with an impact driver like the Koken Attack referenced above.

    All right, I know I am at an old age to discover this thing -- but a zip tie tightener cutter? This is awesome. I used it to zip tie some flex duct. Then to zip tie close some Acko bins for a move. One of my favorite tools now!

    I’m at 7200. Lower atmospheric pressure means less air on intake and lower octane gas is fine for most cars. But if you have a turbo the pressure of the turbo will prevent that.

    If you don't buy in bulk for a large family, the best answer: none of the above. BJ's is the better choice if you are just a family of two. Sam's and Costco are geared for high quantity purchasing.

    They can order pretty much anything. Tire Rack is one of their big suppliers. And my costco drive is 96 miles over curvy mountain single lane roads. Still worth it!

    A lot of good advice in this thread. In the hands of a good welder, may be possible. But for us average mortals, bondo - or cut out and replace the whole damaged and weld in a new piece of sheet metal.
