Gregor, stellar work as usual! I agree, HR material is the worst..let's of prep to make it ready to TIG. You said you were going to build 2 battery boxes. Did you only do 1? It looks like you mounted that on the crossmember in front of the stock spare location? That looks like a great spot...

Nail on the head, Gregor! I am looking forward to see what fire this ember creates! I have to say, this thread (along with the van thread) have really given me some perspective on things and inspired me to step out and try new things, regardless of what others think. Almost picked up a van...
