So what are you guys doing for an air compressor drain? I have an 80 gal Dewalt air compressor and I have been opening the bottom drain into a hose and running it out of the garage, but that is a pain. I want to run a permanent drain through an exterior wall outside. Just looking for ideas.

I had 3 8500’s installed last year and really like them. No issues and no mystery openings. I really like the automatic deadbolt lock and the WiFi access.
I use the Abode system on my garage and it has all the functionality you are seeking. Very easy install and you have the option of monitoring or not. Either way, you get an instant email if there is an alarm activation.
The actual “dead bolt” is steel. I am not sure what is inside the mechanism.

I have the lift master and when the door closes, a “dead bolt” locks in the track. So far, no issues with it. Plus it has WiFi capabilities if your garage has a WiFi signal.
