Walls going up. I decided to cut them down to 9'. My wife did not want "a monstrosity" in the back yard. She also wants me to make it one story... ugh. I'm not quite sure I can do that. I really want the storage space, and don't want the garage area cluttered up.

Some recent craigslist scores: LVL, 32' TJIs, 150 sheets of 1/2" plywood, 6x6" H beams, 2000 sq ft of Hardie plank siding. Even got my carriage doors. They should clean up pretty well, but I'll know more once I strip them.

Yippee! The concrete is finished, 24 yards. Got 3/4 of it done and realized I forgot to put in the bolts. Luckily the concrete had not hardened too much. Also got in the conduit piping. The ramp is a bit steep on the left side (about 5 inches rise in 18 inches of run), nut the right side rise is...

Finally got the concrete work scheduled... this saturday. 16 yards total... have to use a cement buggy since my driveway has limited height because of a tree. Just glad it will be done so I can start the build. I looked into having it pumped the 100ft from the street and wow, $1000+ for the...

Very true, especially in winter. Still wondering how I could do it and make it seal and look good.
