    12v from power tool battery?

Thanks for all the replies, looks like the 12v deep cycle would be best

    12v from power tool battery?

I have Ryobi batteries already, and they're smaller and lighter. I've a suspicion that my charger might take up to 18v anyway, in which case there'll be no conversion losses. I'll have to check that! Thanks for your help

    12v from power tool battery?

Apologies if this has been discussed before, but I was wondering about charging RC cars from my Ryobi batteries? I've seen these... https://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&client=ms-android-samsung-rvo1&source=android-browser&q=12v+adapter+ryobi ...Anyone have any experience of such a thing...

Here's The Dumbest Question Placed on GJ

Did the 9v battery as a kid (didn't we all?) So it seemed a natural progression to try it with the 7.2v batteries we used for RC car racing, and that was a properly painful experience! As they say, it's not the volts that get you...

Nut Drivers (new or old) show them here

I only have one MIP driver, and it's a speedbit type one, so no problem with smell!

Nut Drivers (new or old) show them here

A question on the MIP? They're thought of very highly in the RC car world, how do they measure up in your experience against more mainstream makes? Thanks in advance

    Let's see your toolbox.

If it's for lighter stuff, you could probably knock up something from aluminium without a bender?

    Secret Society of WD-40

This man speaks the truth. I once used it in a shop where I worked, after a customer walked dog poop into the entrance lobby. It was literally the only smelly thing we had available!

****** predictive text! Sorry, Grizz! It's possible a little seasonal JD and Mountain Dew may have held a certain amount of responsibility...
