You will need to measure the air temperature being pulled into the return (air intake) if it is 10F the air coming out should be 70F warmer, so the supply air will be 80F

Do not use a vent free heater in a garage, they should be used for power loss only and even then they are not healthy. You are using all kinds of chemicals in the garage not to mention gasoline. Get a vented heater and work safety and breath better!!!

Your heater has a timed on fan start. In other words the fan starts after a predetermined time. Here is the manual for your unit. The limit switch or flue blocked switch most likely have tripped causing the main valve not to be energized. Go to page 20 and you will see there location. You may...
