Picked up some really old body hammers and need help identifying a couple

I was at the Pomona swap meet over the weekend and came up with some really cool body hammers. I bought a total of 5 but 1 is unmarked and the other is a brand that I have never heard of and is really primitive. It is marked A.G. Cooper 74 AVE L.A. Calif and the head is marked 35 has anyone...

Snap On 1503 AL Torqometer 1" drive

This is an older 1" drive Snap On TQ 1503 AL Torqometer. It has definitely been used over the years and it does have some etchings. Lens has a fine crack. This was purchased as a pair with a 3/8 Torqometer . I will never use anything this large. This is HEAVY! Price is $99obo. These were crazy...

My Auction and Swap meet buys Proto tool display boards and Snap On A/C cabinet

Thanks for the info. It does look like there is an outline for the older logo under one of them. I do plan on selling them as I just don't have the wall space and would prefer Snap On if I were to use tool boards

My Auction and Swap meet buys Proto tool display boards and Snap On A/C cabinet

Does anyone have any info on if these actually DO have the earlier logo under the Proto Challenger? I really prefer it over the newer ones but don't want to mess these up.

My Auction and Swap meet buys Proto tool display boards and Snap On A/C cabinet

I actually won't be keeping them. They just really would take up too much space and for the most part I collect Snap On stuff anyway. If they were Snap On I would find a way to have enough wall space!

My Auction and Swap meet buys Proto tool display boards and Snap On A/C cabinet

I bought the Proto Challenger boards at auction via online bidding. Previewed the auction but didn't look over the lot real well. Wanted the Bosch wall cabinet for myself. It appears that there is an earlier logo under the Proto Challenger emblems. There was actually quite a bit more stuff in...

Can anyone give me some info about these 1 and 5/8 drill bits?

Looked at that website. I am pretty sure they are #4. Measurements are a little different with the wide part being 1.241 instead of 1.231 but the other end is basically identical.

Can anyone give me some info about these 1 and 5/8 drill bits?

This is the info I was looking for. I found some used ones on Ebay and they seem to sell for 40-60 each. There is no letter stamped on them so I will check that website. I appreciate the help.

Can anyone give me some info about these 1 and 5/8 drill bits?

Also, I am used to drill bits being marked hss for high speed steel but these are marked just hs. Is this the same. It also talks about different numbered tapers.

Can anyone give me some info about these 1 and 5/8 drill bits?

They are new. I will do some checking on what these run new and go from there. Thanks for your input

Can anyone give me some info about these 1 and 5/8 drill bits?

I ended up with these in a tool box purchase quite a few years ago and plan on selling them as I will never have anything big enough to use them on. They are new in the tubes but the only markings I can find on them is 1 5/8" HS USA. They are 16" long from end to end. I did some looking on Ebay...

The VINTAGE toolboxes of Garage Journal!

FJ, I have a K60 top as well. I love what you have done with yours. I know in most cases it is preferred to keep the original paint but mine is missing most of the paint on the outside. It is must have baked off as the inside is in good shape with no rust issues. I do need to find the correct...

    Check out my vintage 71' Snap-On KRA-396A! $200! :)

I know this is a REALLY old post but I was offered one of these boxes over the weekend for $450 and was doing some research. I haven't seen it in person yet but wanted to know what to expect when I saw it. They look like really good tool boxes and a decent size.

    mfg. by snap-on?

I bought the same wrench over the weekend for $5. I was happy to find it for that price! I like to find stuff like this that you don't see too often.

Got a smoking deal on some SO deep metrics! My wife thinks I am a tool addict!

I do use the older snap on stuff for work. It has always been my favorite. I am not one of those at just likes to look at the stuff. I love the quality of it and enjoy using it. It seems like vintage stuff has more soul
