Thinking of having a two car garage built next to my house. Ideally the garage would sit at the end of my driveway. The property slops off as my driveway is elevated. This would provide me much needed shed storage below and a two car garage above... Thoughts on what type of foundation and cost...

First post to this forum, looks like a great site... I have put Armstrong Commercial 12" sq tiles with the adhesive you need to trowel on in two garages. I would not do it a third time based on experience and use. If you live in an area prone to rain and snow and use your garage to park daily...
