Just keep in mind as well that in my experience many of the "carport" style structures can be marketed as a 22x31 but this is the outside most dimensions so interior dimensions could end up being closer to 21x30. Not a problem just something to consider and be aware of. Good luck!

Rob, thanks I used the rustoleum (rocksolid) epoxy you can get from most home improvement stores. I used 2 coats grey epoxy and 2 coats clear with a custom color chips from a vendor online. Seems to hold up alright, some spots came out different shades and it does chip a little if you drop...
The lift is a Forward Lift I-12Pro 12k. It is a semetrical with 3 stage arms. Love this setup so far. Great for everything from a Jetta to a Dually truck.
Got some more done but I think I'll be getting back to work this week so I'm thinking it will be sitting like this for a little while...

30' wide minimum is a good size, I have 30' wide and 2 10' doors and it is nice to be able to open doors on both vehicles side by side. I have a 22' long f350 and the minimum length I would consider would be 30' because you want to be able to walk in front and behind of a vehicle while carrying...
Yes, very good points. I am not too sure of exactly how the controllers work but is the reason why I want to use one that I can keep "off" when it's a rainy day and have it just on auto normally. I would think if it's rainy it would pull humid air in, send humid air out and just run all day. But...
I have been looking for a fan to use (mostly to get the wall finished) for my 30x45x14 roughly garage and I found this one in the photo. I want to have a digital humidity controller. It says the speed control is on a pull string so could I just leave it on one speed and hardwire power in with a...
I am not too worried about moisture there as there is still airgaps where the ribs are and my hope is with r20 it's enough to keep the inside and outside temps from meeting at the dew point on the backside of the steel. I am in southern ma area, near Taunton.

I was looking at the pictures and the only thing I thought you might want to keep an eye on is because your xps foam is so well taped and sealed you may want to be careful of trapping any moisture between the foam and the facing of the insulation. I do believe kraft face is semi permeable but...
The weather has been up and down so been working inside this week. Got a chance to get most of the back wall framed up and sealed and added some insulation and drywall, finally! I still need to figure out what primer/paint I should use over this moldtough drywall.
