Just looked at the photo again. Someone has removed the insulated panel. Sorry. I just installed this same ladder in my garage and had to trim the bottom section to remove the gaps. very easy with sawzall.

read the label that is attached the insulated panel on the door. The man. states that no gaps are to be. Remove the feet of the ladder and trim the botton section of the last steps.

I just received a sample pack from Flexco flooring. Does anyone have experience with this product? They man. rubber flooring and a vinyl tile similar to Armstrondg vct. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Has anyone used the same type of flooring that is installed at Jiffy Lube? Looks descent and holds up to traffic. If anyone has installed, who is the manufacturer? Thanks

Is it legal to splice inside the sub-panel? Someone please clarify.
