The apartment is fully insulated and I am going to be putting HVAC in there. The shop has gotten a lot better with the installation of all the ceiling tiles and I hope to blow some insulation in over it as well.

Now it was time to do some work on the apartment. The first order of business was getting the room tight, so we had to sheetrock the ceiling. Then we got some paint... And some grout... And Voila! The shop was also cleaned up to a point that it could be used for parking again...
