We bought a brand new house in April. The driveway was poured in January and it has staining in it. I want to densify it and seal it with Ghostshield 8510. Any tips on cleaning this without harming the concrete?

I know this might not be the right place but recently moved into a new house and we have tile grout in the bathrooms. I researched online but suffering overload as to which grout sealant to use. Does anyone have any recommendations? Greatly appreciated!
