good luck with it,im hoping to build my garage soon 18ftx19ft or there abouts to keep in the 30m2 limit so i dont need planning.Wanted to put a A pex roof on it but that would need planning so sticking to a flat roof at 2.5m high which is a pain,dont want the building control or harrow council...
