Fastforward a little bit. Garage is completely framed and roofed. Now insulation and drywall are going up.

Just saw this.... The ceiling is 112" exactly with a standard floor slope for a garage. The space of the ceiling is attic space with standard trusses, but not looking to modify that just yet. haha. I finally got all the cars home under one roof. :)

Because I wanted it for storage more than work I choose the 4 post. If I was going use the lift for mechanic work I would choose a 2 post. This 4 post is nice because it only needs a single 110v outlet to operate.
