    ok, I think I found the issue. When we lifted the trolleys we went too far. The guides on the inside slipped past the rail and when we lowered them they made contact like a hard stop. We just need to lower the trolley with guide in the proper location to clear that rail..

    Thanks! I lifted the arms as you suggested and the rams cam out easily. The hydraulic shop was able to rebuild them very quickly and I reinstalled them. I extended the rams and put them back thru the trolley guide holes and everything seemed ok. But when I tried to lower the trolleys...

    Hi. I have an older SPOA7-200 lift and would like to remove one of the cylinders. I can't seem to find the procedure to do this. thanks much.
