    Pressure washer oil and info?

In all honesty, that pressure washer has a gear driven pump which is much less desirable than a belt driven pump. The wear and tear is much more on that pump. Other than the pump, the main item that needs to function properly for your pressure is the unloader. Owning a commercial pressure...

    Prepping Floor for Epoxy

Thanks Shea. No sealers were applied by the mason so being brand new, I just have accumulated saw dust and spackle that's on there.

    Prepping Floor for Epoxy

On my new garage, I'm almost ready to make the epoxy purchase. Spoke to Justin at Garage Flooring and he was super knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. When prepping the floor, has anyone had first hand experience with muriatic acid cleaning the floor prior to epoxy? I'm looking to...

    Rotary SPOA10

Am I mis-understanding the dealer that the Asymmetrical with the TRIO arms will make the Asymmetrical into a Symmetrical style due to the arm lengths? You can center the vehicle?

    Rotary SPOA10

Thanks for the reply and info. The trio arms definitely seem like they will help with the long wheelbase trucks and the adapters will also assist. I'm glad to see it has worked on your assorted vehicles too, gives me a piece of mind! Haven't even looked at other lifts other than in the...

    Rotary SPOA10

Looking to purchase a 10k 2 post lift for my new garage. I was suggested the Rotary SPOA10N800 by a local dealer who is offering a great deal on it with all adapters. My question is: does anyone have one of these that can provide a first hand review? I will need to lift Pre-War Cars, Modern...

garage builder recommendations in northern NJ

I would also recommend Lancaster Pole Buildings in PA. They did my recent build in NJ and I couldn't be happier. For a fee, I'm sure they'll do the whole job for you even though they "Usually" don't do site prep. They were super easy to work with and their crew was second to none. And No, I...

In Slab Heat, Wall Mount Water Heater or Boiler?

Thanks for the advice. The garage needs to be maintained at 50 degrees minimum here in NJ in the winters so it sounds like the Water Heater way may not be as reliable. I'll most likely spend the extra and just go the boiler route for piece of mind so that the temperature doesn't drop.

In Slab Heat, Wall Mount Water Heater or Boiler?

I spoke to both Radiantec and Blue Ridge today and think I got more confused then beforehand. The options are plentiful. What are most using and has everyone had the most success with as far as heating systems for their in slab heating? Tankless Hot Water Heater system or Wall Mount Boiler...
