Yes, Had the crew keep the floor clean during the construction process. I was up front about that from the beginning.

2 coats of Armorseal 1000 and 2 coats of Rexthane. This stuff is not much fun to work with but well worth it in the end.

Just got the 30x40 up and floor complete. Looked good enough to do the house garage too.
