What type of floor coating will take abuse but clean up?
Just to followup on OP, I put down 2 coats of Ferrell Calhoun Tommy Boy 1106 (recommended by a commercial coatings friend), $115 per five. No idea how it will hold up but had to get something down, running up against a deadline. Thanks for all the input. MZE -

Reading through dozens of threads about floor coatings. Seems epoxy is popular but also a bit fragile and hard to repair. Just built a new shop, 600 sq ft and plan to work on a variety of projects ( wood shop, metal shop, wrenching etc.) that may be hard on a the floor e.g. welding, cutting...
