Could be condensation, not groundwater.

Sound like one of the travelers is shorted to ground. Double check your switches to ground. (Most people testing switches only test conductors and not grounds.) Also check your boxes (if metal) they may hit a screw terminal.

If it is direct injection, it can run lean, and need higher octane fuel.

Why wash the tank. Any oil film just protects the steel. Any decent pipe dope or tape, but I have better luck with dope. I like the yellow stuff for gas lines.

Have had Costco since it was Price Club. Only have Sames because it is 5 min away and Costco is 35. Had BJ's but dropped it because just few things we needed that couldn't get elsewhere.

Sounds like an unloader, but maybe does both unloading and triggering the drain.

Just a little follow up. Glad I added a little extra depth, as it made setting the anchors less stressfull. Wish I added more depth because about 1/2 the holes blew through the bottom. P.S. a good concrete guy helps a lot as I have zero cracks other than cut relief lines.

Much easier on cars with lots of underbody panels. Also pumps directly into disposal bottles so no tank to clean.
