Compressors come in all shapes and sizes. My first was a repurposed automotive air conditioning compressor powered by a washing machine motor. The receiver tanks were two repurposed refrigerant tanks.

There are many variables that affect the service life of batteries. Some batteries can be repeatedly deep cycled and others not, your recharging system is also crucial to a long life. Batteries are often built to a price rather than to a quality. Cheap batteries may have thinner plates...

Some compressors are quieter than others, just read the specifications. Compared to the first compressor i bought, my newer one is a lot quieter.

My Buddy brought me a truck tire and rim. I added tabs to a length of 4” schedule 40 pipe and bolted it to the rim. The advantage is that the wheel and tire can be repurposed to fit on a truck again.
