just curious if you were planning on sealing/moisture protecting it prior to the tile? is it necessary?

good point, i was just planning on finding the best looking cheap (around 1.50/ sq foot) porcelain wood looking tile, i might be asking more q's down the road :thumbup:

curious if anybody else has seen wear on porcelain tiles? i was thinking about tackling this project too, but i wanted to lay the tiles long ways across the entrance

AWESOME GARAGE and family compound! thanks for your hospitality Mark and Todd and your families! Food was delic, too bad I couldn't stay longer, our electronic lock broke, so we had to call a locksmith, if I had known they were just gonna drill it out, I coulda saved $125 :(
