I ended up deciding to do the basement after all. So everything had to go in the garage until the basement is done. Since it was going to be a $h1t ton of money to have someone else do it.:( I'm having fun with it though.....

Bump for unanswered questions.......and one more. Should I stop where the door meets the concrete, or go all the way to where the concrete meets the asphault?

Someone on here told me that a freezer on a 15 amp outlet wasn't the best idea. Not impossible, but a 20 amp would have more security from tripping and thawing out my freezer.

How was the smell? I have kids, and don't want the smell to be too strong in the house. Should they leave for the day? Did the tape peel off easily? Will the bond lok affect my asphualt driveway?

Any updates? I just bought this kit. I'll be putting it down in the spring time. So the "SEALKRET" premium HI-Gloss Sealer isn't the right stuff? It came in a 1 gallon paint can. I need a 2 part sealer?

Looks like it's coming along great. You are right, (as you said in my thread) your garage is very similar to mine. I'd like to see the "Track Storage" when it's done. I was actually going to buy one of those retractable lights too. Geez, you even have one of my drills.

The 4' lights would go right up to the garage door when it's open, and the 8' lights will be half blocked if the garage door is open. I think I might just go with the 4 footers.

How much would it be worth to replace those lights with 4' flourecent? Should I go 8'? $17 each vs. $37 each. I think the 4's would do fine.

Good call. Glad you were able to catch that. Any ideas on how to run the 20 amp outlet? Breaker box is in the basement. I think I can figure it out.

Very true. I get to learn. My wife even asked when I was going to start the basement. I don't think I have quite enough experience (or time) for that yet though. I've definitely stood in the garage just staring, and trying to visualize what I want to do, but it's so hard to see everything...

I'm assuming I should epoxy the floor first before putting the rubber wall trim on?
