Apparently Liftmaster makes the Craftsman garage door openers and they have the same device that they call MyQ. If you look at the MyQ site, they sell just the "Internet Gateway Module" but it says "Compatible only with LiftMaster® Security+2.0™ garage door...
Free for the first year and only $20 a year after that. That's $1.60 a month to be able to close my garage door if it's left open is worth it to me.

Usually I wait to leave until I see it close. I have a security camera system with 1 camera in the garage. I can see the entire system from my cell phone. So if my OCD kicks in and I can't remember if it closed or not, I can look from my phone. As far as closing it if it's open, I'm looking into...
