    I can haz spiders?

Yeah, but then you have to figure out how to get rid of John Goodman. I think I would learn to put up with the spiders... :)

Do you change your own oil in all vehicles?

Big vote on making sure it is done right! My mother had her drain plug stripped out, I had it done to mine twice, and now I just went to changing it myself on the family cruiser again and discovered that the filter was looser than a ****** in Vegas.:pimpflash No way I am going back and thank...

    Just Curious about Insulation

How about drilling a few holes between each stud and above/below any horizontal studs and then fill with expanding foam? Not sure if it would fill all the voids perfectly or if it would create too much pressure and mess something up but seems like it could possibly work.

    magic jack ??

You definitely need an ISP connection that is stable but the bandwidth requirements are really not very high for voice calls using VoIP. It's jitter, drops, and latency that will ruin the quality of service (QoS). To evaluate if your ISP can provide decent QoS run the internet speed test...

    Pricing for 26x26

I am not sure that a bunch of quotes from across the country will help but in the Phoenix area I had my 24x26 finished and air conditioned garage built this year for $30K. It was stucco over frame, with a tile roof and had to match the house. 100 amp service, Liftmaster 3800, 5 windows and a...

    Cable TV experts ???

The -3.5db is stronger. These negative numbers indicate the "loss" of signal across the splitter. My guess is that if a splitter has different loss numbers across the connections it actually has some passive circuitry internally that is really like 2 splitters in series connected together. In...

    Exhausting Gasoline Smell [HELP]

I have also experienced the fume issue on my track car but it usually goes away after a few days. A couple thoughts on this. 1) Carbs have vents to the bowls that are open to the airfilter housing and on larger aftermarket carbs they seem to be more free flowing vents. A simple test would be...

    Overkill for garage door insulation?

Costco sells Amar garage doors, both insulated and non-insulated for a fair price. From what I recall a 18'x7' insulated door was something like $700 (delivered and no windows). Of course you need to install yourself or contract that out. Lowes and Home Depot also sell them but for a higher...

Costco Wagner Twin Stroke 1700 Airless ??

I just bought the Wagner 1700 at Costco today and even though I did not have the coupon I got the discount. In fact the listed price on the shelf was the discounted price. I got the unit home and was in the midst of assembly in preparation to paint my garage door on my house to...

    New garage doors

I am not too sure about the results from brushing it on a metal door but you can easily spray it with one of the more common inexpensive sprayers. On my current garage build the painter should be painting the door any day and the doors are already hung. No mention of needing a fancy auto body...

Poor planning should of went 10'

I had that same problem at my last house. It was bad enough on the Silverado with regular mirrors but when I got the F250 with the towing mirrors clearance all but disappeared. My solution was to simply roll down the driver window, fold the driver side mirror, and pull in favoring the driver's...

Why does everyone choose to add FLAKES?

I have 5 years of hard use on my Rustoleum painted floor and its holding up great. I live in sunny AZ so hot tires was a concern but I don't even think about it at all anymore. I decided to not use the flakes since I was concerned about finding things since I have a knack for dropping just...
