I have used Gorilla Glue on a pair of boots and a couple of pairs of shoes with good results. So far they have all stayed glued together. Gorilla Glue has a you tube video on how to do the repair.

Thanks wellpoison. Went to get the 1/4in metric set for $4.97 and also bought the 11 pc 3/8 socket set for 7.97 and the 11 pc. 3/8in deep socket set for 9.97 (both metric). Lowe's gives really good discounts if they are discontinuing an item.

Be sure to check the other wrench bins. I found a 10mm and a 13mm that had been misplaced. At first thought I had missed out on my two most used wrenches.
