Does anyone know of storage containers that don't allow hardware (specifically washers) to move from bin to bin? I am currently using this for my commonly used smaller stuff. It just seems like every time I go to use it, i'm plucking hardware from various bins. Does anyone know if this style...

I know you said you wanted a scissor jack. Maybe use a bottle jack instead? I prefer them to scissor's myself.

So I had some extra time today and drove over there. I definitely think in the long run a dremel drill press would be handy. I did however drill quite a few fairly quickly free handing the dremel with the carbide bit.
