Amen. I'd love to have a used vise that was US made. These are what passes for used vises in my area. I don't have the time or skill to drive an hour or more, pay $100 to $150 and then spend weeks restoring them with a skillset I don't have.
A few odds and ends. The nut drivers and wrench were free with the black toolbox. Broke the ground prong off my extension cord so it was an excuse to upgrade. The SK wrenches from the clearance thread came today.
I appreciate the manual, but I can foresee no time in my life where I would ever need to troubleshoot a sensor like that. I don't own any vehicles that old and I have a decent OBDII scanner. I don't know if this is useful for a "retro" car guy or not.
This was in a box of electronics from an estate auction. From what I understand it is used to test various ignition and timing sensors directly instead of through an ODBII port. Is there a use case for this anymore or should it go to the recycle center?
YMMV but this hose is on clearance if you get it at the store.

I got the last 2 gray boxes at my store (Wake Forest, NC), they had a ton of the black. The 2 inch bits were $2.52 but the set with the bit holder were $3.97.
Delayed reply but I appreciate the feedback. Basically I'm replacing one of those vented plastic shelves that bend over time. It had all kinds of stuff like gardening stuff, coolers, metal water jugs, etc. It was sort of a catch-all for everything but it wasn't very tall.
I had been looking at...
Craigslist find from a nice old lady that was "downsizing." Paid $30 for all of it but I don't think I did too bad.
Stanley square, no-name rafter squares, Craftsman plane, US General caliper and a Weller soldering iron with several unopened tips and a toy motor.
Chinese tire inflator from...
It won't fit in the space and they don't have adjustable feet. I have a sloped garage floor.
I'm in NC and I've looked. They never have any cabinets locally. Usually its just wooden bookshelves.
