I can understand! Yeah the spray foam would take care of the condensation issue for sure. But I’m not sure that’s in my pocket book either. If you don’t mind, have you contacted any local companies to get a quote on the spray foam?

Good morning. Your building turned out amazing. I’m about 40 miles north of you and am getting close to pulling the trigger on a building as well. I’m in the same boat with the overhangs, and I can’t seem to find a definite answer anywhere. How do you plan on controlling the condensation issue...
