Does anyboby know a good size cheap to build 4-5 car garage or pole barn???

What size for storage of 3 & able to work on another ones frame and body? So maybe it ahould be 5 spacrs? Whats the overall size recommended?

I used to have a 24x36. Now its a new location and time for another building. What size would you recommend? What about 30x50? Going to build leadt expensive in the northeast as possible
